Take I-20 West to Monahans. Take 464 Loop to north side of Monahans and left on State Highway 18 North. Bulk Transfer rail siding is located approximately 1.8 miles north on the west side of State Highway 18 North.
Bulk Transfer has north/south access via State Highway 18 and is approximately 4.5 miles north of I-20 which provides east/west access.
Seagraves, TX
From Odessa:
Take 338 Loop to US State Highway 385/62 North. In Seagraves, turn right on to State Highway 83 East.
Bulk Transfer is approximately 1-mile East of State Highway 83 on the left-hand side.
