Inventory Control

• Railcar tracking reports available via the cloud and updated electronically daily.  
• Inventory Summary and Shrinkage
• Ship date, CPD and Release date tracked

Scale Ticket

• PO, job/well name, product description, consignee, ship to, tare/gross/net weight in pounds, net tonnage, date and time weigh in/out, and aggregate loads/tonnage on face of scale ticket.
• Tickets are instantly available via the cloud in pdf format for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
• Driver signature is captured electronically, along with date and weigh in and weigh out time.
• Scale tickets are stored electronically in the cloud, for Instant and Easy retrieval.

Reporting

• Invoices are prepared next day basis, with a copy of each scale ticket attached for easy reconciliation.
• Invoices are prepared separated for each order (PO, job, or well location).
• Live Production Summary is available in the cloud, and includes production, shipments, hauling company detail, ticketing detail, railcar unloading detail, order/job/well detail and subtotals.
• Specialized reporting available and negotiated upon request.
